If so, I use paint shop pro 9 and design my layout, than just go to the image mapper to creat the codes for the links.
File~Export~Image mapper
After you save it, you go to your documents and open up where you saved it at and click on it. When it comes up in internet explorer go to file~ View source and it will give you the code.
