Is there a way someone could teach to (re)-learn how to code a DIV (Overlay) myspace layout?

I used to know how to code them, but its been a while and I don't remember. I can make them just fine, its the coding of them that I'm unsure about. I'm a fast learner, it'd be great if someone gave me a code I can work with or a link to a site that tells me.

(I know enough HTML to mess with it without screwing it up.)
