but the pics show up too large and I want to shrink them or make them smaller...how do I do that??? Can anybody help me???

You'll need to find out what the original size of the graphic is ..I am guessing 100 by 100 or 75 by 75. cut or edit your friends down to that side, host them... on photosite...like photobucket and then put the urls back.
