lol, this task is at a level where you actually have to pay someone. sorry but .01% of programmers will do this for free... most people that want a professional myspace overlay would pay someone or do it themselves.

Why you ask?

well an overlay is ALOT more complicated than just making a website. becuase myspace blocks ALOT of HTML tags (not allowed) and the overlay creator has to find other ways around it to make it work properly. its almost like being an architect, trying to fix problems so they fit well on the building design.
