Check this site out, its by far the best site that i know for Div Overlays they have over 1000 pre-made ones plus a forum for help. this is where i started off with div overlays although NOW i do ALL my own.

It varies wut you wanna get on there, mann, i've gotten so much stuff on dere it's not funny, you just copy the code you want, than paste it to wherever you want it

I'm not sure. I think that div's are actually meant to be small and not contain alot of things. I know what you're saying about the music bc I had a div and the music would randomly sit on the page on top of things. You should probably look for layout and code myspace sites and ask them if they know of any myspace sites that have codes for that. Good luck.
