What is the best tutorial for making a DIV layout for myspace?

1. No generators please, those are crappy layouts.

2. An elaborate one for someone who is decent with HTML but not great.

3. I know you have to make the background pretty much yourself and then make the tables over the spot you made for the tables but I don't know how to do it! (if that made any sense at all :P)
